<p><a href="https://xposeindonesia.com/tag/bmw-group-indonesia/" data-type="post_tag" data-id="12432">BMW Group Indonesia</a> kembali menunjukkan keseriusannya dalam membangun masa depan industri otomotif Tanah Air. Di panggung akbar <strong><a href="https://xposeindonesia.com/tag/giias-2025/" data-type="post_tag" data-id="14831">GIIAS 2025</a></strong>, BMW tak hanya menampilkan jajaran mobil premium, tapi juga memperkenalkan program strategis Customer Support, termasuk <strong>kelulusan peserta BMW Technician Apprentice Program</strong> dan <strong>beragam penawaran eksklusif BMW dan MINI Lifestyle</strong>.</p>



<p>Program ini diluncurkan dalam suasana penuh apresiasi di BMW Group Pavilion, ICE BSD, disaksikan langsung oleh para pemimpin BMW Group Indonesia: <strong>Peter “Sunny” Medalla</strong> (President Director), <strong>Jodie O’tania</strong> (Director of Communications), dan <strong>Mahalingam Maganderalingam</strong> (Director of Customer Support).</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Lulusan Terbaik BMW Technician Apprentice: Aset Baru Dunia Otomotif</strong></h3>



<p>BMW Technician Apprentice Program bukan sekadar pelatihan. Ini adalah pintu gerbang menuju dunia kerja profesional bagi talenta muda lulusan SMK. Tahun ini, 12 peserta berhasil lulus dengan predikat membanggakan, siap bergabung langsung ke jaringan diler resmi BMW dan MINI.</p>



<p>“BMW selalu percaya bahwa di balik performa mobil kelas dunia, ada teknisi hebat yang bekerja tanpa lelah. Para lulusan hari ini adalah bukti nyata dari komitmen kami terhadap kualitas layanan dan regenerasi tenaga ahli otomotif Indonesia,” tegas <strong>Mahalingam Maganderalingam</strong>.</p>



<p>Sejak dimulai pada 2022, program ini terus berkembang. Tahun ini cakupannya diperluas hingga ke SMK di Cirebon, Tegal, Yogyakarta, dan Singosari. Tak hanya teknisi umum, BMW juga membuka peluang untuk <strong>teknisi perbaikan bodi dan cat</strong>, dengan total 24 peserta untuk angkatan berikutnya. Semua peserta akan menjalani pelatihan intensif selama 10 bulan dan menerima sertifikat global sebagai <strong>BMW Certified Technician</strong>.</p>
